Our Service Professionals
Brian McAllister
Brian McAllister is an employee benefits advisor with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. In 1994 Brian teamed up with Ralph Fratus to form Designed Benefits Group, Inc. Prior to starting Designed Benefits Grou,p Brian was a sales manger with Mutual of Omaha  from 1990 until 1994.

Brian is a graduate of Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts with post graduate business course credits from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is an active member of the Middleton community and a past president of the Middleton Board of Trade. He is also a member of The Big Brothers/ Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay organization and has been an active mentor to a little brother for more than 3 years.

Ralph Fratus
Ralph's experience in the employee benefits industry goes back over 20 years. Prior to joining forces with Brian McAllister to form Designed Benefits Group, Ralph was a finance and insurance manager in the automotive industry.

In addition to being an avid golf enthusiast, Ralph and his wife Suzanne enjoy traveling and spending time with their extended family.
